Introduction
Mobile round pot crusher is a large-scale wood crushing equipment developed and produced by our company by introducing advanced technology at home and abroad. The main models of the equipment are 3000 / 3600 / 5000 / 7000. The structure of the machine mainly includes frame, casing, power system, hydraulic system, electrical system, rotating material box driven by material box driving device and rotor driven by rotor driving device, The rotor is located below the rotating material box, and the feed inlet is offset from the center of the feed hopper. The power configuration of the new tree root crusher is driven by the original motor and changed to diesel engine, which is more flexible and convenient.
Working Principle
When the comprehensive wood crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the feed hopper also rotates slowly driven by the motor. The materials are put into the hopper through the grab. While the hopper rotates, the material shifting teeth on the inner wall will shift the materials evenly to the rotor, When the high-speed rotating rotor touches the materials, the preliminary crushing of the materials is realized through the cutting and tearing of the blade on the rotor. The materials entering the preliminary crushing do not fall on the screen in the crushing chamber under the action of their own gravity and rotor impact, and the materials meeting the requirements will be discharged through the screen, If it does not meet the requirements, it will be broken twice or even three times in the crushing chamber until it meets the requirements.
