Introduction
Vertical shaft hammer sand making machine is mainly used for the second or third level fine crushing. It can process various coarse, medium and fine materials (granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with a compressive strength of not more than 350MPa. It is widely used in hydropower, high-speed Highway, artificial sand and gravel industries. The compound crusher can crush large materials, and the discharging granularity can be adjusted at will without the influence of the abrasion of the board hammer and lining plate. It adopts the no-grizzly-bar structure to avoid blocking, which is suitable for crushing materials with much moisture and silt content.
Working Principle
Materials vertically fall into the impeller rotating with high speed from the top of the machine. Under the high-speed centrifugal force, materials will have high-speed collision and crushing with the other parts of materials that are distributed around the impeller. After mutual crushing, materials will mutually hit, rub and then be crushed in the space between impeller and enclosure and finally will be discharged from the bottom of the machine. The whole process will form a closed circulation and screen equipment will be used for controlling the required granularity of final products.
